A personal communication assistant

Your messages,
ready for your decision.

QuietHand reads the accounts you connect, recognizes the people and context that matter, and prepares a small queue of replies and calendar actions for you to review.

Local encrypted ledger Explicit approval Revocable access

How it works

One quiet loop.

  1. Connect. You choose Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or supported messaging services.
  2. Prepare. QuietHand stores an encrypted local ledger and builds draft replies or calendar actions.
  3. Decide. You review each card. A reply is sent or an event is created only after your approval and a final safety check.

Built around the owner

The durable copy lives on your Mac.

OAuth tokens stay in macOS Keychain. Imported records and the decision ledger are stored in an encrypted local database. Optional phone syncing sends encrypted envelopes that the relay cannot read.

Google Workspace

Access is used for visible product features.

Gmail content helps QuietHand identify actionable conversations and prepare replies. Calendar and Contacts provide scheduling and identity context. QuietHand does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or train a general-purpose AI model with it.
