Terms of Service

These terms govern use of QuietHand. By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

QuietHand connects to accounts the user authorizes, organizes communication context, and prepares reviewable replies or calendar actions. The user remains responsible for reviewing every action and for the accounts, recipients, content, and decisions involved.

Account access and acceptable use

You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to use. You may not use QuietHand to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or security controls; send spam or deceptive communications; harm others; or probe or disrupt the service.

Third-party services

QuietHand interoperates with services such as Google, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Supabase, Apple, and connected messaging providers. Their own terms and availability also apply. QuietHand does not control those services.

Software and user data

QuietHand does not claim ownership of user content. You authorize the app and its disclosed processors to handle that content only as needed to provide the features you choose. Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Preview service; no warranty

QuietHand is an evolving preview and may make mistakes, miss messages, generate an unsuitable draft, or become unavailable. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent allowed by law. Do not rely on it as the sole system for urgent, legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or record-retention decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietHand’s operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for QuietHand during the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using QuietHand and disconnect linked services at any time. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or third parties. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
